Jenni, you are so CUTE!! You are an awesome vlogger! I'm looking forward to hearing your personal story of how others have helped you. I get what you shared about empathy and sympathy. The compassion part was hard for me to relate to, because so many times I try to help someone but I cannot change their circumstances or situation so therefore, I can't "make it all better". I can help only to a small degree.
Sidenote: I feel like people are most compassionate to me, when they listen, they don't try to give a solution, but really just communicate their care for and where I'm at or how I feel.
that's a really good thought Miranda, regarding the change - this is going to be such a great year!! i think your right about the just listening part & that is actually the core of one of my entries this month.. just that feeling that i am known :)
too - the results are out of our hands, our compassion can certainly stem from our simple & profound availability ~
